Ages 6-11

No prior experience needed

Recommended training: 1 session per week

 

Training times:

  • Saturday 3:30–4:30
Term goals:
  • Developing balance, reflexes, focus, precision, and endurance
  • Introduction to fencing basics
  •  All necessary equipment provided

 

Little Warriors

Ages 7-9

Required: Newbies course completion

Recommended training: 2 sessions per week+ 1 private lesson

 

Training times:

  • Tuesday 4:00–5:30

  • Thursday 5:00–6:30

  • Saturday 10:00–11:30

Term goals:

  • Developing balance, reflexes, focus, and precision

  • Introduction to fencing basics

  • Fundamental footwork skills

  • Guided fencing practice

Own equipment required

Rising Stars

Ages 9-14

Recommended training: 2 sessions per week + 1 private lesson

 

Training times:

  • Monday 5:00–7:00

  • Friday 6:00–8:00

  • Saturday 4:30–6:30

Term goals:

  • Developing balance, reflexes, focus, precision, and endurance

  • Fundamental footwork and fencing introduction

  • Guided fencing exercise

Own equipment required

 

Invitational

Required: Active participation in Rising Stars training

Recommended training: 2 sessions per week+ 2 private lesson

 

Training times:

  • Wednesday 7:30–8:30

  • Friday 7:00 –8:30

Term goals:

  • Fundamental footwork and fencing introduction

  • Physical preparation
  • Guided fencing exercise

  • Preparation for competitions
